Using our services

Accounts and purchases
Some services may require an account. Information you provide must be accurate. Purchases made through an app store or other platform are also subject to that platform's payment, refund, and subscription terms. Virtual items, if offered, have no real-world cash value except where required by law.
Our content
Our services and their content, including software, designs, artwork, text, audio, and trademarks, are owned by So Wrong Gaming LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services; they do not transfer ownership.
User content and feedback
If a service lets you submit content, you retain your rights in that content and grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, moderate, and operate the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it. Feedback may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
Availability and termination

Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. So Wrong Gaming LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of the services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local law requires otherwise. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
