Request deletion
To protect your account, we may need to verify that you are the account holder. Do not send a password, full payment-card number, or government identification unless we specifically explain why it is legally required.
- Email privacy@sowronggaming.com with the subject “Account deletion request.”
- Include the product name and the email address or account identifier associated with your account.
- Complete any reasonable verification step we send to the account's registered contact method.
- We will confirm when the deletion request is complete or explain any information we must retain.
What is deleted
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account and personal data associated with it, subject to limited retention required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and transaction records.
What may be retained
We may retain records that are legally required, necessary to document purchases, or needed to protect the security and integrity of our services. Any retained information remains subject to our Privacy Policy and is kept only as long as necessary.
Timing and consequences
We aim to complete verified requests within a reasonable period and within any timeframe required by applicable law. Account deletion is permanent and may remove access to progress, settings, virtual items, and other account-linked content. App-store purchase history may remain with the platform provider.
